My journey began in the sixth grade, where I discovered my passion for accounting. This passion never waned. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science Degree from the School of Professional Accounting at Long Island University’s CW Post Campus, I had the distinct pleasure of working for a small CPA firm and then a mid-sized CPA firm.
In previous times, it was normal for a staff accountant to work for many years and then, hopefully, one day, they would be made a partner. That was NOT my destiny.
After working for two years at the local mid-sized CPA firm, I opened my own CPA firm in Mineola, NY, and you could say the rest is history!
